This three-strand Sciacca coral necklace is adorned with a refined 18kt yellow gold branch, handcrafted using traditional knotting techniques.
A unique jewel, imbued with the warmth of the Mediterranean.
This three-strand Sciacca coral necklace is an authentic piece of Sicilian craftsmanship. The coral, sourced from the Mediterranean Sea, is worked into barrels of varying sizes and strung with knots – a technique that demands patience and mastery. The central branch, supported by 18kt yellow gold, adds a touch of light and refinement.
The coral used is Corallium rubrum, native to the waters of Sciacca. To learn more about coral, visit this page dedicated to coral.
The necklace measures approximately 40 cm in length, with a total weight of around 115 grams (necklace 95g, branch 20g). The barrels are hand-selected for a natural and harmonious effect. The branch supports are made of 18kt gold, soldered and polished to perfection.
