At Gioielleria Patricia Oro you enjoy free shipping on any order from €149.99. Below this threshold, standard shipping within Italy is €5.90, while express shipping is €9.00. The minimum order value for products is €5.00, excluding shipping charges.
Almost all the items on our website are available in our own warehouses, which allows us to ship within 1–2 working days of receiving your order. Should an item not be immediately available, we will contact you to confirm the expected timing before proceeding with shipment.
Within Italy, delivery generally takes 3–4 working days with the standard courier and 1–3 working days with the express courier (Saturdays and public holidays excluded). We consider delivery within 7 working days from the parcel’s dispatch date to be valid and effective. Should delivery not take place within that term, you may refuse the parcel and return it to sender at no additional cost.
Gioielleria Patricia Oro lets you order online and receive your delivery throughout Italy and in several other countries. For Italy, shipments are handled by the GLS courier. We currently ship to the following countries:
