You may return products purchased from Gioielleria Patricia Oro within 14 days of receipt, provided they are complete, intact and neither damaged nor used.
To start a return, send an email to gioielleriapatriciaoroweb@gmail.com stating your order number and the product you wish to return. You will receive a confirmation to proceed with the shipment (at your own expense). Please pack the item carefully and include a return note inside the parcel. Once the intact parcel reaches our warehouse, we will issue the refund, excluding shipping costs and any additional services.
Please do not accept the delivery and write “damaged” on the delivery document.
Should you not wish to collect the purchased product for any reason outside our responsibility, you may refuse the delivery and have it returned to sender. After receiving the parcel, we will refund the purchase, deducting the outbound and return shipping costs and any bank charges.
If the product does not correspond to what you ordered, send an email to gioielleriapatriciaoroweb@gmail.com describing the problem, together with your order number and the incorrect item. We will contact you to arrange collection and refund.

Our commercial policy provides for refunds on orders placed at Gioielleria Patricia Oro. Refunds are issued using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
To obtain the refund, the ordered goods must be returned to our warehouse. After receiving your return, we will verify that all the requirements of our return and refund policy have been met. If they have, you will receive a refund confirmation email or message from our Customer Service team.
The time required for the credit to appear varies depending on the bank that issued your card and/or the provider of the payment instrument used for the order.
