In the case of payment by advance bank transfer, the ordered goods are dispatched only upon actual receipt of the credit in our bank account. Unless otherwise agreed — which the Customer must communicate promptly to our Customer Service — the transfer must be made within 3 working days of the order acceptance date, after which the order is automatically considered cancelled.
