Product Safety

In accordance with the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR), below are the details of the manufacturers of the jewellery and watches we sell, together with general safety warnings. Item-specific information (SKU, materials, gold fineness, weight) is shown on each product page under "Product Safety Information".

Manufacturers

All manufacturers are established in the European Union; therefore no EU responsible person is required.

General warnings

• Jewellery items are not toys.
• Keep out of reach of children under 3 years: they contain small parts that could be swallowed.
• Avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, detergents and chemical products.
• Remove the jewel during sports, manual work and before bathing or entering a swimming pool.
• Store in the original box or in a dry place.
• Watches: contain a battery (do not ingest; dispose of according to WEEE rules). The water-resistance rating is marked on the case.

Care and traceability

Clean only with a soft cloth. For extraordinary maintenance please contact Gioielleria Patricia Oro. Each item is identified by its own code (SKU), which ensures its traceability.
