A unique, handmade necklace

This baroque pearl and hematite necklace is a captivating piece. The freshwater pearls, with their irregular, organic shapes, are alternated with golden hematite beads that add a luminous touch. The hand-knotted stringing, done in our workshop in Sciacca, ensures each pearl is well-spaced and the necklace has a soft, natural movement.

Golden hematite is not just beautiful to behold: it is said to have beneficial properties, but here we love it for its warm colour, which pairs perfectly with the baroque pearls. The 80 cm length allows it to be worn either as a long necklace or doubled into two strands, for a versatile look. Every piece is unique, because baroque pearls are all different: small imperfections and variations in shape are a sign of their natural origin and artisanal craftsmanship.

A piece steeped in Sicilian history

Made entirely in Italy, this necklace carries Sicilian goldsmith tradition. Our jewellery atelier, Patricia Oro Creations, personally selects the pearls and hand-knots them, one by one. As we like to say, every knot is tied with care and passion, because we believe a piece of jewellery should tell a story. The certificate of authenticity that accompanies the piece guarantees the provenance and originality of the materials.
