Baroque Pearl, Garnet and Hematite Necklace

This necklace tells a story of sea, earth and fire. The baroque pearls, with their irregular and precious shapes, are combined with garnet, a stone of warm red colour, and golden hematite, with its metallic and decisive lustre. It is a jewel born from the meeting of different materials, which together create a surprising harmony.

Each necklace is 110 centimetres long, enough to be worn in a double or triple wrap, or allowed to fall in a single strand that slides over the neck. The freshwater baroque pearls are irregular by nature: some more rounded, others elongated, each with its own personality. The garnet, with its shades ranging from carmine red to garnet, adds a point of intense colour. The golden hematite, instead, plays with light and adds a luminous touch.

This is a Patricia Oro Creations creation, entirely handcrafted in our workshop in Sciacca, Sicily. It is a one-of-a-kind piece, because baroque pearls and natural stones have veins and nuances that never repeat exactly the same. The small irregularities you may notice are not defects: they are the mark of artisanal work, done with patience and love for detail.
