This 18kt gold cameo is a unique piece, designed to be worn either as a pendant or as a brooch. The 18kt gold setting frames an oval shell finely carved with the profile portrait of a woman’s face. A handcrafted jewel that combines elegance and tradition.
The dimensions are generous: approximately 6 cm in length and 4 cm in width, with a weight of about 8.4 grams. The workmanship is typical of Sicilian cameos, hand-carved on shell.
