The coral, harvested from the Mediterranean Sea (Corallium rubrum), is worked into cabochons of three different sizes, alternated with faceted spherical beads of black onyx, creating a fascinating chromatic contrast.

The Woven Medallion

At the centre, a medallion crafted using the weaving technique: a skilful interlacing that enhances the natural texture of the coral. Each element is hand-set, with onyx threads binding the cabochons into a harmonious composition. The result is a unique piece, with a substantial weight of 120 grams and a length of 60 cm.
